ORDERING PROCESS

We only accept orders for local delivery & collection.

Orders can be placed anytime but will only be processed during working hours.

How do I make a purchase?

This is a very straightforward process, either click the red ‘shop now’ button on the homepage or select the tab along the menu bar. You can then navigate to a particular brand or category and select the items that you wish from the stock listed. In your cart you’ll be able to adjust the number up/down (dependant on stock availability). Once you have finished adding the items simply select ‘check-out’.

Points to note when ordering:

Please ensure you supply your correct email address and also include a mobile telephone number (this will be used to text you about local delivery or collection details).

we accept all major credit/debit cards.

On completion of the order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement email. If you don’t see this, it is worth checking your junk/spam folder.
Before any goods are collected, full payment must be received.

🚚 Need your favorite items delivered? We've got you covered! Here's how it works:

📦 Minimum Order: £19.00
💰 Delivery Charges Based on Distance:
 - 0-5 Miles: £3.00
 - 5-10 Miles: £6.00
 - 10-15 Miles: £9.00
 - 15-20 Miles: £12.00
 - Beyond 20 Miles: £15 (fallback charge)

🌍 Your order will be carefully packed in recycled cardboard boxes, securely taped down, and delivered within 1-2 working days by our own vehicle.

⏰ Delivery Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 - 20:00

📲 For your convenience, we'll send you a text with a link to track your order once one of our drivers have collected it so you can track it door to door more.

 

If you're not available, we'll leave your order in a safe spot & the driver will  take a photo of where it's been left.

🏡 If you have a safe place for us to leave your order, please let us know when placing your order. However, we won't leave it with a neighbor or unpack it into freezers in outbuildings, etc.

📧💬 After delivery, you'll receive an email notification/text confirming that your order has been delivered.

🚫 Please note that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage after your order has been delivered. Also, business premises are not eligible for delivery.
